Should pets be allowed to ride public transport?
This lesson is the start of a critical literacy programme. I am wanting students to start thinking at a deeper level. We started by looking at a topic and deciding if we agree or disagree. We explored a range of text types to help support our argument ( Articles, videos) .The next lesson will focus on looking at others perspectives and how they may be biased due to peoples different beliefs or experiences. This will give students the opportunity to think more critically about the world around them.
