Should we move to mars?

This video shows two guided reading sessions within our argumentation unit 'Should we move to mars?'

The first sessions focus is comparing and contrasting futuristic ideas with our own reality.

The second sessions focus was on the narrative structure of the text. The students had the opportunity to explore the features of a narrative by creating their own story.

Unfortunately the most powerful learning that took place for this unit wasn't captured on film. I have attached the argumentation board below which has some great videos that hook students in and allow for critical thinking.
