Direct Instruction
This was a short talk about how important anthropometrics and ergonomics are in designing.
This was backed up by a small presentation explaining the meaning of the words by breaking them down.
Reflection
I kept this talk to the main points of what ergonomics and anthropometrics are all about and why we use them. The main point was to get the students building design ideas in 3D using real people to shape and sizer them around.
The students worked together well for the design work they were producing and made a good start in their understanding of the importance of including this information in their designing.
