Direct Instruction

This lesson shows tamariki learning all about staying on task.

Tamariki then learn how to create poster containing the three steps to staying on task using Pic College.

Reflection

This was a good way to introduce a new managing self tool.

I enjoyed seeing them role play and really get involved in the mahi. It was awesome to see tamariki putting their new found skill into practice and reminding others to stay on task.

Creating the posters took much longer than I had anticipated. But, they look great!
