Direct Instruction
In this lesson you will see the children exploring what they want to share with the year 3 about learning on a Chromebook. Our learning intentions were. We are learning to Identify the most important Chromebook skills and create a tasks that will excite the year 3s about Chromebooks. In the video you will see three different stage of the lesson from creating the resources, teaching our year 4 peers and then sharing with the year 3.
Reflection:
This lesson was such a joy to teach. It was great to see the children creating with there own odeas and taking the on the role of the teacher. I really felt like this group of children had the skills they needed. The year 3 students got a lot out of this lesson and all left excited for being on a Chromebook next year.
