Direct Instruction:

We are learning to write positive words and we are learning to make prints to share positive words. In this lesson you will see us discussing language and the importance of positive words. We will explore two videos.

Lesson Plan

Reflection: This lesson was a lot of fun and connected well to the emotional, social learning we have been doing with Mitey. The children loved the humour in the kid president video but still noticed the message and share some great things we should say more often. It was very enjoyable watching the children take these words and great prints to share them.

Things to note: This is a small group due to Kapa Haka Practice.
