Distance Learning: Film Festival

Direct Instruction:

This lesson was an optional Google meet for the whole year 3/4 team during lockdown. The aim was to develop and clean plan and direction for our film festival movie. The learning intentions were: We are learning to write lyrics that match a tune, We are learning make a plan for our team dance and we are learning to collaborate and work together.

Lesson Plan

Reflection: This was one of my favourite lockdown moments. I offered to make the film festival movie for our team and had big dream for it. Bring a group of children together who shared that dream made it all come to life and I found that they had idea I could not have come up with on my own. Their positivity and eagerness and support throughout the process made lockdown filming so much more fun.
